Where this goes
Execution is the entry point.
The record that makes a signing defensible also makes a document locatable and verifiable across its life. That is the longer arc. We are sequencing it deliberately rather than all at once.
At launch
The execution session and the record it produces.
A guided workflow for wills and enduring powers of attorney. Contemporaneous capture. A sealed evidence pack, consistent across every matter in the firm, delivered to the firm's own system.
Built natively, on purpose
The session, the capture, the audit trail and the record are the product. Everything else connects to them.
In build
Making the record independently provable.
Independent verification
So that a pack's integrity can be confirmed without access to Kellon.
Affidavit of due execution, generated from the record
Rather than drafted from memory. We are holding this until the Court's own template position is settled, so that what we produce matches what the registry expects rather than something close to it.
Firm-administered access
So that provisioning and permissions sit with the firm rather than with us.
On the roadmap
Where the record leads.
A verifiable index of execution records
A firm that has run its signings through one workflow knows what it executed, when, and where the original sits. Across a profession, that answers a question nobody can currently answer well: where is the will, and is this the last one.
The custody problem
Victoria's will deposit service was built for paper. A digitally executed original does not fit it cleanly, and that is an unresolved question rather than a product feature. We are working on it in the open, with the profession and the registry, because it is not the kind of problem a vendor should solve unilaterally.
Practice management integration
Connectors to the systems firms already use, so the record lands where the matter lives. Integration, not native build.
Other witnessed instruments
The same workflow logic applies beyond wills and enduring powers of attorney. We will follow demand from practice rather than announce it in advance.
Roadmap items are directions, not commitments, and not dated.
